For Fleets
Fleet records without the fleet-software price tag.
Built for 10 to 75 vehicles where the problem is paperwork, not position. Registration, inspections, and service history across every vehicle you run.

What MotorStable isn’t.
No GPS tracking. No dash cams. No ELD compliance. No telematics of any kind, and none on the roadmap.
If you need to know where a truck is right now, or you have an hours-of-service obligation, buy Samsara or Motive. That is a genuinely different product and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
What we have found is that a lot of fleets buy a telematics suite for the tracking, then use maybe a fifth of it, and pay for the rest. If the actual daily pain is expired registrations, missed inspections, and a maintenance history nobody can reconstruct, that problem costs a great deal less to solve.
Forty vehicles on MotorStable costs $120 a month. The same fleet on an entry telematics tier runs closer to $280, before hardware.
What you do get
Real multi-tenancy
Organizations are a first-class concept, not a shared login. Data is separated at the database level.
Roles that fit
System roles plus custom roles you define. Additive per organization, applied to the org the user is currently in.
Fleet and unit numbers
Your internal numbering on every registration record, alongside the plate and the VIN.
Your branding
Your logo on the login and registration pages, and your own organization identifier in the URL.
Compliance you can see across the whole fleet.
Registration periods, inspection dates, and insurance terms are tracked per vehicle and surfaced together. Overdue and approaching items appear in one list rather than in whichever folder someone last filed them in.
- Expiration status on every registration, ninety days ahead
- Documents attached to the record they belong to
- Cost tracking per vehicle, per service, per provider
- Printable and exportable reports for audits and handovers

Roadmap, not shipping
Coming, in roughly this order.
No dates, because dates given this early are guesses dressed up as commitments.
- 01Maintenance scheduling with automatic task creation
- 02Task assignment to specific drivers and users
- 03SMS notification for overdue and upcoming work
- 04SAML single sign-on and multi-factor authentication
- 05Audit log across organizations, users, roles, and vehicles
Fleet pricing
$3per vehicle, per month
Billed annually. Ten-vehicle minimum, so a $30 monthly floor.
10 vehicles
$30 / month
40 vehicles
$120 / month
75 vehicles
$225 / month
Billing is not yet automated. For the first cohort we invoice directly and set the account up by hand, which also means onboarding happens with a person rather than a help article.
