  1. Design system and marketing site

    • Collector's Catalogue design system: parchment and racing green, Instrument Serif, mono reserved for identifiers
    • Marketing site built on Next.js with dark as the default theme

  2. Maintenance schedules

    • Scheduled service intervals defined per vehicle, per organization, or from a factory schedule
    • The most specific schedule wins: vehicle, then factory, then organization, then application default

  3. Maintenance & repair records

    • Service records with dates, odometer, and a parts, labour, tax and fees cost breakdown
    • Service providers as first-class entities with a searchable dropdown
    • Up to ten documents per record
    • Printable maintenance reports, full or summary

  4. Registration records

    • Plate number, registration period, cost, inspections, and supporting documents
    • Expiration badges at ninety, thirty, and zero days
    • Fleet and unit numbers on enterprise organizations

  5. Live vehicle data

    • VIN decoding against the NHTSA vPIC database
    • Make and model lookups with caching, and a fallback list when the API is unavailable
    • VIN validation including the check digit

  6. Vehicles and the garage

    • Garage with grid and list views, remembered between visits
    • Photo galleries with a carousel, and any photo promotable to the display image
    • Vehicle nicknames used as the display name throughout

  7. Organizations, roles, and access

    • Multi-tenant organizations with invitations
    • Custom roles per organization on top of the system roles
